HOW MUCH DOES AN INSPECTION COST?
Pricing starts at $400, and in creases depending on the size and age of the home. Add-on services like radon testing, mold/air quality testing, and pool/spa inspections are available for an additional cost.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION?
The best way to schedule is through our online scheduler . You can also request an inspection by email or through the chat box on our website, but online scheduler submissions take precedence. SWELL then schedules the inspection through ShowingTime at the same time your appointment is confirmed. Please only schedule inspections if you are officially under contract.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?

Yes, a drone is used for any high pitched roofs or roofs that may not be safe to walk. Weather conditions and obstacles may limit the use of drones.
