Bailey McHugh founded SWELL Home Inspections in early 2021 as a solo, side-hustle operation. Since then, she's completed over 2,000 inspections — from first-time starter homes to some of the largest and priciest properties to hit the Charlotte market — and grown SWELL into a seven-figure business, all while remaining a one-inspector operation.
