Phase Inspections for New Construction

A pre-drywall inspection is a thorough examination of a home's structural elements, electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems before the drywall is installed. This inspection ensures that all components are properly installed and meet building codes, allowing for necessary corrections before the walls are sealed. All items inspected will be described and photographed in your report. 

This is a 48 hour continuous test

Radon is a toxic, odorless gas that comes from the natural decay of uranium found in most soils. Radon can enter your home from cracks and holes in the foundation or other weak areas of the home. Radon is known as the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. 

But don't worry, radon can be easily mitigated by a qualified Radon Mitigation Contractor.

Inground Pools, Spas, & Hot Tubs

Complete & thorough inspection of pools, hot tubs, and spas including plumbing, electrical, deck coping, vessel surface, safety devices, and accessories. This inspection is to inspect the safety and functionality of the pool components and systems. Chemical testing and treating is outside the scope of this inspection. 

Moisture Intrusion & Indoor Air Sampling

Full mold inspection including moisture testing, thermal imaging, and 4 total samples for lab testing. Base price includes 1 outdoor control sample, 2 indoor air samples, and 1 swab/surface sample. Additional samples and rush shipping available with added fees.
