Hello! My name is Bailey and I am the owner and operator of SWELL Home Inspections, LLC.  I am experienced in a wide variety of home inspections including new construction, flips, luxury, old homes (1900-1960), and pre drywall. I am a licensed and insured home inspector under the laws and standards set forth by the state of North Carolina. SWELL Home Inspections was established in February of 2021 following the completion of 200 hours of training under Inspection Certification Associates and passing the North Carolina Home Inspectors Exam on my first attempt. Living in Charlotte for the last 23 years, I have watched this little southern town of mine grow into a major city where people from all over the country (and even the world) relocate here to work, raise families, and find quality of life. Charlotte holds a special place in my heart. The Queen City is, and will be my home for a very long time. That being said, providing a thorough, safety driven, and efficient home inspection experience to those buying in the Charlotte area is my number 1 priority. It is my pleasure to serve Charlotte as one of the only female home inspectors. My attention to detail, responsiveness, calm communication, and expansive knowledge is why my team of realtors continue to refer me to their clients.
